Refund policy

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, Training Ties® can be returned within 30 days of purchase for a full refund.  To get your refund please email us why you'd like a refund and mail the Training Ties back to 302 La Soledad Way, Oceanside, CA 92057 so that we may clean and donate them to another child.
